Flags on the Common
Honoring Our Heroes: A Proud Sutton Tradition
Each Memorial and Veteran’s Day, the Sutton Lions and Dudley Gendron Riders unite to place 100 flags on the Sutton Town Common—a powerful tribute to the brave men and women who have served our country. This cherished tradition is embraced by the community, standing as a symbol of gratitude and remembrance.
For a $25 donation per flag, sponsors can dedicate a flag with a personalized sign, honoring a loved one with their name and years of service. This year, proceeds will support a cause that is close to our hearts—helping to provide service dogs for veterans.
Join us in keeping this tradition alive, celebrating the sacrifices of our servicemen and women, and making a lasting difference in their lives.

Lions Service Projects
This year we have a few service projects. In early April we repaired the Cedar Swamp Nature Trail behind the high school.
On June 8th, we will be assisting the 4H Club for their “Coffee with Cows” event on the Sutton Common. The Lions will be there cooking breakfast sandwiches. Come support the 4H Club.
